We use the persistent homology method of topological data analysis and dimensional techniques to study syntactic structures world languages. analyze relations between parameters in terms dimensionality, hierarchical clustering structures, non-trivial loops. show there are that hold across language families additional family-specific. then trees describing merging structure connected components for languages different we they partly correlate historical phylogenetic but with significant differences. also existence interesting first groups various families. give examples where explicit generators can be identified, some which appear correspond homoplasy phenomena, while others may have an explanation linguistics, corresponding known cases borrowing subfamilies.
